Fertility and Breast Cancer treatment? - lobular breast cancer
Are my wife (30 years) has just discovered she had breast cancer. Here are the results of the biopsy:
The histopathological diagnosis of ultrasound-guided biopsy of the left a palpable mass in the shaft 1 hours is back as moderately differentiated infiltrating ductal carcinoma with lobular features of Class II, 1cm. This is for the estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor positive.
To the surgical oncologist on Thursday Come for a consultation.
I know it is treatable, but what are the long-term consequences? Can we have children, if you chemotherapy and radiotherapy?

One of the women in my support group for breast cancer after giving birth after the operation, and part of his treatment. He interrupted his treatment for his daughter by remaining within a few weeks later, nursed, then finished his treatment.
My aunt had given birth to a cure for breast cancer in 1955, the daughter of 1959, another battle with breast cancer in 1962, a daughter in 1964. Finally, breast cancer, died in 2003.
It is possible, but not always. Discuss this with your oncologist.
Freezing eggs or embryos is another option, but hormonal treatment is usually involved in collecting eggs, and pointed out that this could be counterproductive.
