No, unfortunately not working well ..
Do not eat more than the recommended daily intake.
This is the recommended daily intake for adults men - 2,500 calories, RDA adult women - 2,000 calories, the ADA for a child up to 18 years at 1,800 calories.
Or fat.

Not even weight. Some people with IBS with constipation, diarrhea, some with a back and forth between the two. IBS is more than pooping is a whole range of other symptoms and problems. You start the calories absorbed from food in the stomach, although most of those made in the intestine. Even if you have diarrhea, take a few more calories. When IBS is under control, which is possible with food and medicines, should not have diarrhea all the time. So, no one can eat anything and not gain weight.
