It depends on how you sit on the screen and not the size of the room. For HDTV, the rule tends to be everywhere at 1.5 to 3 times the screen to sit (in inches) for the best experience. With a 13-meter-wide space probably not 10 feet (or 120 cm), which would have a screen size of 20 "to 40" good.
